In celebration of National Bosss Day, two business authors present 100 Helpful Tips for Great Managers.
Seattle, WA October 4, 2004 -- Seattle business authors Lisa Haneberg and Bob Rosner have created an e-book for employees to give their bosses this National Bosss Day, October 16th, titled, 100 Helpful Tips for Great Managers. The e-book will be sold over the Internet at www.forbossday.com and comes with an e-card. Haneberg and Rosner are donating part of the proceeds from the e-book sales to the non-profit organizations Small Change News Network, Junior Achievement and Gildas Club Seattle.
Lisa Haneberg and Bob Rosner, two Seattle-based business and management authors saw a need to provide a Bosss Day product that benefited both boss and employee. They created 100 Helpful Tips for Great Managers, a brief, informative, and entertaining e-book that offers bosss techniques for improving the workplace. The e-book is available for $8.95 at www.forbossday.com. Purchasers may select from several e-cards to accompany the e-book.
National Bosss Day originated in 1958, when Patricia Haroski, a secretary from Deerfield, IL, set aside a date to pay tribute to bosses. The holiday was created in honor of her father, also her boss, whose birthday was October 16th.
In addition to benefiting bosses and employees, sales of the e-book with also benefit several nonprofit organizations. One dollar from every e-book sale will be donated amongst the Small Change News Network, Gildas Club Seattle, and Junior Achievement.
